Tuning Unit

 Keyless Tuning Unit:

• Aluminum string blocks on stainless steel spindles.
• Each strings is attached by two studs in the slide, or with a newly developed string-clamping system.
• Each spindle is equipped with bearings.
• The rollers are supported radially and laterally by bearings and slide film.
• Important: Never apply oil or similar lubricant to the rollers and their axle!
• Different groove depths (gauged rollers) on every neck to prevent string buzzes.
• The complete keyless unit is demountable. All parts are replaceable, but with this maintenance-free design it will be hardly necessary. You can expect the unit to last a lifetime!
